Attention all researchers. practitioners and trainees!

Submit your poster for the chance to be selected to present your work as part of the 28th National Dementias Conference.

The Dementias 2026 poster competition is the perfect opportunity to initiate discussion with colleagues and share your work on dementia diagnosis, treatment and care.

Free paper presentations are given as part of the main programme, posters are displayed digitally throughout Dementias 2026. Authors/presenters will be required to attend in-person.

Prizes:
First place prize: The winning author's work shall be featured in the British Journal of Neuroscience Nursing, and will also win a free place at the next Dementias Online Workshop and Dementias 2027. 

Second place prize: Free place worth £696.00 at Dementias 2027.

Third place prize: Free ticket worth £275.00 to Dementias Online Workshop 2026.

28th November 2025 - Deadline for Poster Upload
Posters should be submitted as a single pdf document (max size 40MB). 

25th-26th February 2026 - National Dementias Conference
Engage, learn and discuss your work with other delegates. 
Short poster presentations during lunch, to explain and answer questions, followed by a vote and competition winner announced.
