Dr Mukadam has expertise in dementia epidemiology, cross-cultural diagnosis and intervention development and testing. Dr. Mukadam is a member of the Lancet standing Commission on Dementia Prevention, Intervention and Care, collaborating with international experts to identify best practices in dementia prevention, diagnosis and care. She is also a member of the European Consortium on Cross-Cultural Neuropsychology(ECCroN) which is an international group that aims to improve the assessment of culturally and linguistically diverse individuals across Europe.
