Dr Jeremy Isaacs is a consultant neurologist at St George’s Hospital and Kingston Hospital, National Clinical Director for Dementia and Older People’s Mental Health at NHS England and co-chair of the Frailty and Dementia Modern Service Framework. He developed and led the first national memory service audit in England and was a member of the NICE dementia guideline committee. He is Honorary Reader in Neurology at City St George’s, University of London where he developed the Clinical Neuroscience Practice master's programme. He has research interests in dementia, delirium and functional cognitive disorders.
