Professor Chan is a researcher based at the UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience and a consultant neurologist running a memory clinic in Sussex. His research focuses on the detection of Alzheimer’s disease onset using next generation tests including virtual reality, augmented reality and optically pumped MEG, and on the future use of precision neurotechnology in clinical practice. He is funded by the National Institute of Health Research, UK Dementia Research Institute, Advanced Research + Invention Agency, Alzheimer’s Research UK and the Korean Institute of Technology
